7. Digital Business Card Product
Purpose & legal basis
We process the contact details you submit through the Digital Business Card lead form (name, work email, company, team size, message, GDPR consent) solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent).
Hosting
Card data and lead submissions are stored within the European Union on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (Hetzner / IONOS). No US subprocessors.
Retention
Lead data is retained for 24 months. Inactive Digital Business Card profiles are deleted after 12 months of inactivity after a reminder email.
Right to deletion
You may delete your Digital Business Card profile and all associated data with one click inside your account, or by emailing contact@opsolid.de. Deletion is effective within 30 days.
