I work as an IT project manager and am building OpSolid alongside that role as an independent consulting practice for AI and automation. The combination is intentional: by day I see how digitalisation projects actually run in mid-sized companies — with their constraints, politics, legacy systems and real teams — and that's exactly the perspective I bring into OpSolid engagements.
Background: hands-on experience in IT project management, digitalisation and process optimisation. The focus is small, mid-sized businesses in Germany — companies that have grown faster than their internal systems and need a measurable next step rather than a platform pitch.
